Andrea Proulx Buinicki, CEO of Meals on Wheels for Northern Illinois, and Emanuel Lopez, Executive Director of the Joliet City Center Partnership, will provide brief classification talks highlighting their professional backgrounds, community involvement, and what inspired them to become Rotarians.
