Nominating

Purpose: Identify and recommend qualified candidates for Club leadership positions to ensure strong governance and leadership continuity. Responsibilities: Meet annually to recommend candidates for President-Elect, President-Nominee, Secretary, Treasurer, and open Director positions. Evaluate candidates based on Rotary involvement, leadership ability, and commitment to service. Submit a recommended slate to the President and Secretary according to bylaw deadlines and support the Club's leadership succession planning. Composition: Consists of the President, President-Elect, and three members appointed by the President. The President appoints the Committee Chair. Members may serve only once every three years and are not eligible for nomination as officers or directors while serving on the committee.
